Alejandro Resta is unstoppable this year, it is the second time he has been to Doha, Qatar. At the end of March, he presented to his most demanding clients in the Middle East with his new Azaleas collection 2018-2019 at the opening of the Spring / Summer International Fashion Festival. Last week in Barcelona dazzled on the runway and in the exhibition of their dresses with a stand, to the national and international professional buyers of the most important bridal fashion industry in the world who visited all week the 2018 edition of the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week.

This fair represents a lot for the Spanish designer since for years he dreamed of performing on this catwalk and is aware that “The BBFW” is the best showcase that a designer can have in and outside Spain.
Alejandro Resta fulfilled his dream, managing to close agreements with different exclusive boutiques in Spain, Portugal, USA, UK, Middle East, Germany and Switzerland where at the end of this year and in 2019 his Azaleas collection will be as present as he is, as his Clients may have the opportunity to arrange a private appointment in each boutique at the “trunk shows” where they sell their haute couture dresses and “ready couture”.

The Azaleas collection is inspired by these flowers that bloom in spring and that Alejandro can see from his “atelier/showroom” window in the center of Valencia; Spain. The designs have volumes, defining the silhouette of the woman and have different colors, white, red and blue, praising at all times the image of an elegant and strong woman, with character.

Azaleas are the 14th collection presented by the Spanish designer. Their collections are having more and more acceptance beyond our European borders. It’s that Alejandro Resta understands what his clients need when they ask for a dress. Apart from designing them, he handles his art highlighting the soul of the women who will show off his creations. From the design to the final details of the dresses, participating together with his team in the making up to the final result. And the thing is that the woman who wears an Alejandro Resta is as if she wore the second skin, feeling elegant and unique.
